  I have NEVER given 1 star to any business but this is the exception. Went in for basic mani-pedi. No acrylic or anything. Just trimming down. When she finished trim and file the nail was down below the top of the fingers. Terrible! I had long nails going in and look like I bite my nails terribly now. Then when I mentioned it she kept saying it's ok. No it's not but since they're my natural nails nothing can be done. They will never get any more of my money! Picture posted.
