  I took my vehicle in to have brakes put on and picked it up the next day. Upon picking it up I noticed damage done to the quarter panel. I immediately told the service advisor how told me to come back Monday and speak to the store manager. I did exactly this, the regional manager was also there. They advised me that the spoke to the technician and that he did not do the damage and that it must have been there when I brought it in. Which it was not !!!!! Basically they called me a liar. I called corporate who gave me a ticket number and said they would look in to the matter and get back to me. It's been three weeks and I have not heard one word from them. They did $ 1200.00 worth of damage to my vehicle. Shame on you for not owning up to your mistakes. I will not be taking my vehicle to you again and I certainly will be spreading the word about your unprofessionalism.
