  If I could give minus stars I would. I saw Alana and showed her the picture my hair was not yet at the right length for it but I asked her to trim it and that the pic is what I want my style to look like in the future. Words can not explain how I felt when she was done. She gave me an extreme put a bowl on the head cut shaved the back just as you see it on the side. I told her this is absolutely not what I wanted. As you can see it looks nothing like the picture I showed her. She said when she looked at the picture it looked like an undercut.... STAY AWAY FROM HER, I have to let my hair grow for about 3 months before I can even do anything ... I did color it so ti looks a tiny bit better. If I could sue her for personal injury I would. I didnt pay for it... and then she had the nerve to give me a coupon for next time.... Really you think I am coming back...
